2. Merchandise & Payments

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
Payments: We process payments through secure third-party providers ([e.g., Stripe/Big Cartel). We do not store your credit card information.
Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

3. Refunds & Returns

Merch: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in original condition.
Digital Goods: All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
Tickets and Meet & Greet Packages: Tickets and Meet & Greet packages purchased through this site are subject to the specific refund policy of the event venue or our ticketing partner. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless a show is canceled. Any and all Meet & Greet package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. Name changes will only be issued at the sole discretion of Metal Allegiance. Meet & Greet package customers will receive an email within (2-3) days prior to show date with VIP details. Information will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The package and package contents are non-transferable; no refunds or exchanges; all sales are final. Please note that the information provided at the time of purchase (email and mailing address) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements. Metal Allegiance, the artists, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Meet & Greet merchandise items will be distributed at the show upon check-in. If any laminate pass is included in the package, that does not gain or authorize access into the venue (without an admission ticket), VIP or any backstage areas.

4. User Conduct

When using our site or interacting with our community features, you agree not to:

Post spam or offensive content.
Attempt to hack or disrupt the website.
Impersonate the band or our staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

Metal Allegiance is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages resulting from the use of this site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York in the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York State.
